Dear Apoorv Jain

In rotational motion the angular velocity is constant for all points.Consider a small piece of mass "dm" then force is dF.

dF=(dm)xw2

L length→M mass

for small portion dx→?

=Mdx/L

now F=∫(M/L)w2 x dx between limits 0 to L.

Finally F=(1/2)MLw2
