Dear neeraj

let the mass of each portion is m

first find out the COM of individual portion

COM of the upper horizontal portion = (a/2 ,2a)

COM of the upper vertical  portion = (a ,3a/2)

COM of the lower horizontal portion = 3a/2 ,a)

COM of the lower vertical portion = (2a ,a/2)

now the COM of the whole 

x' = {m*a/2 + m *a + m*3a/2 + m*2a }/4m

   = 5a/4


y' = {m*2a + m *3a/2 + m*a + m*a/2 }/4m

   = 5a/4
