speed = distance/time

1        =2 ∏ * 4 /T

So T=8∏  sec

Avg speed  = total distance/time

                 =2 ∏  /(T/4)

                  =2 ∏  /2 ∏

                  =1 cm/sec

Avg velocity =total displacement/time

                   =4√2/(T/4)

                    =4√2/2 ∏

                     =2√2/∏  cm/sec

Avg Acc   = |change in velocity vector|/total time

               =|-vi-(-vj)|/2∏

                =v√2/2∏

                 =√2/2∏  cm/sec2
