Dear Krrish,

it has not been specified what your doubt is.

but then also just a short note on Angular Momentum(L):-

when no external torque is applied to a system then torque=0

but torque=dL/dt=0

hence L is constant. this is called conservation of angular momentum for a body.

also L=Iw ,so the product of moment of inertia and angular velocity remains constant for the system.
