Obviously yes , in fact it has been made , it broke the speed of sound ! It had a supersonic engine attached to it! It was a single seater....
But even then we can make it but automobile makers look at the productivity and the market for such cars " just think ''where would u ride at 400km/hr ?'' . Definitely not on Indian roads!!!
