Dear student,
Please find the attached solution to your problem below.
 
Maximum velocity for an oscillation, vmax = Aw
→ V1 = V2 (max.)
→ A1w1 = A2w2
→ A1/A2 = w2/w1
              = (√k2/m) / (√k1/m)
              = √(k2/k1)
