Water level will decrease.

the water level will decrease as the stone will displace water.

note that if there was no stone, the water level would remain same as the water from melting of ice will replace the water displaced

Level of water level before ice melts and after ice melts are same ..because the melted ice replaces the decreased leve as ice volume decreases..

Afrter completion of whole ice melting the stone will increase the level of water equels to i''t volume.
