when there we have to consider a pseudo force?

When we observe the forces from an accelerated frame, then we have to consider pseudo force, which has direction opposite to that of acceleration.

example- when you are sitting on a vechile with constant speed, no pseudo force to be observed.but when you are in a vechile which is undergoing acc. then pseudo force has to be obeserved.

first of all newtons laws of motion is only applicable in only in inertial frame so when there are two particle moving at some diffrent acceleration at that time you apply a pseudo force
