ANSWER IS 3S1=S2

ANSWER WONT BE S1=S2 BECAUSE .....

 

     S1=UT1+1/2 * a * T12  .................  (U=0)(T1=10)

      S1   = 1/2 * a * 100...........................(1)

  

   NOW YOU CANT DO S2 = UT2+1/2 *a * T22  AND U=0   BECAUSE AT POINT ''B'' YOU WILL GET SOME VELOCITY ''V''

 BUT YOU CAN DO  S2=(S1+S2)-S1   ................................(2)

 

(S1+S2)= UT+1/2*a*T2  (U=0)(T=20)

(S1+S2)=1/2 *a*400......................(3)

 PUT (1) AND (3) IN (2)   YOU GET S2=1/2 *a * 300..........................(4)

  ON COMPARING (1) AND (4)  WE GET 3S1=S2.......................................ANSWER
