Dear Manoj,
we consider a centrifugal force on the object if we look at it from non-inertial frame of reference.
a frame is non inertial if the frame has an accelaration.
now, we are viewing mass, m from a frame which is rotating about z axis with uniform angular speed W0
since the frame is in circular motion, it should have a centripetal accelaration towards its centre, i.e. frame has an accelaration which means frame is non inertial.
now magnitude of accelaration of the frame is W02Xa, (where a is the radius of the circle in which frame is rotating.)
so, now the centrifugal force on mass m = accelaration of the frame X mass of the body => mXW02Xa
Hence, the answer is (B)
