why cant we prove newton's laws by using the concept of relativity. i mean to say is actually newtons laws are applicable to only inertial frames, and now by considering a body is at rest with respect to a person nd by that cant we prove that law

The laws of physics are inferred from the results of experimental observation and cannot be derived theoretically.
