Interaction force is about the Normal force acted between two blocks..
1. First, you calculate the net reacting force along inclined axis,i.e. (mg sin@-fr) for both the blocks.
2. Draw the FBD and write the equations.
3. The action of force is about the limiting action of force.

So, you draw the FBD and go through the equations
