dont confuse with the unbalanced force . it is just th net forc on body. as the tuck is on ground its weight is balanced by normal rxn (N). so no unbalanced force otherwise the truck would hv been in air or go inside the earth due to net fore in some dirction.
as it is moving forward net force is the unbalanced that causes retardation.
using the formula f=ma
force= 1000*4=4000N in oppasite direction to its speed.
