2 AnswersTo lift the body from ground u need total upward force on object equal to total downward force..
Draw free body diagram n u will see normal and Fsin theta acts in vertically upward direction.
And weight acts in vertically downward direction
Thus
F sin theta + normal = weight
Fsin @ + N = mg
