THE PRESSURE IN A LIQUID AT TWO POINTS ON THE SAME HORIZONTAL LEVEL ARE EQUAL .THE ABOVE STATEMENT IS CORRECT IN A CAR ACCELERATING ON A ROAD OR A LIFT ACCELERATING UPWARD AND WHY?

This is also true for a moving car, bcoz any change in pressure at any part of an ideal fluid is transmitted equally in all parts. So at same horizontal level, pressures are same.
