when a mass m1 is placed on another mass m2 & system is acclerated with accleration a then
mass m1 experiences a seudo force(imaginar force) whose magnitude is block given by m1a (mass of bodyxaccleration of system) ..
here in this case a block is placed on an incline & seudo force acts on block is in opposite direction to the accleration ...
now resolving this seudo force into two components Fcos@ along along the incile & F sin@ along the normal of plane ...
(F is seudo force )
it is given that the block is not slipping so net force along incline is 0 ...
Fcos@ = mgsin@ ...........1
now normal force exerted = (normal comp of weight along ) + (normal comp of seudo force)
N = mgcos@ + Fsin@
from eq 1
N = mgcos@ + mgsin@tan@
N = mg(sin2@+cos2@)/cos@
sin2x + cos2x = 1 so
N = mg/cos@
