 T= 2p [m /dgA( sin*1 + sin*2 )]1/2

where p=22/7

         m = mass of liquid in the U-shaped tube

         d=density of liquid

         A=area of cross-section

         *1 and *2 are theta values and are angles of inclination with respect to the tangent drawn to the tube

With this formula,you can get frequency as frequency = 1/Time
