speed of sound in any medium depends on bulk modulus , temperature , molar mass of gas ..

V = (YRT/M)1/2

Y  = bulk modulus , T temperature , R = gas constant , M is molar mass of gas

V is more when M is less so apeed of sound in  gas with low molar mass will be more ...

H2 max , then O2 , then CO2 , then O3
