How to use rate of volume while solving questions in fluid dynamics. I mean how to extract information from it? Like Ø Two holes of area 0.1 cm 2 each are drilled one above the other in walll of large vessel fillled with water. Distance between holes is 60cm. Every second 60 cm 3 of water is poured in. The water streams intersect at point P which does not change with time. Find the depth of P from upper surface of the water and horizontal distance of P from holes. Is that rate of volume also called flux?
