If two bobies are connected by a string through a pulley, one kept at horizontal rough surface and other hanging, then is it possible that if the tensions in both parts of the string being different the accelaration of both the bodies are same? There is no slipping, but what would be the case if slipping is present between string and pulley?

Aniket first of all keep in mind that tension throughout the same string is same ..  it won't change ..

and the slipping of the string on the pulley will cause no change to the concept ..

Moreover the magnitude of acceleration of both bodies are always same ..
