motion of particle is elleptical & angular momental of particle about sun at every point is conserved..

for point p

              Jp=MV1 R1

for point q

             Jq=MV2R2

for conservation of angular momentam

 MV1R1 = MV2R2

   V1/V2 =R2/R1
