Is it possible to for a particle to describe a curved path if no force acts on it? Does your answer depend on the frame of reference chosen to view the particle?

no. if no force is acting, the particle cant  move in a circular path. coz atleast centripetal force should act on it.this dosent depend on frame of reference u choose.
