VELOCITY OF LIGHT FROM SUN IS MUCH MORE THAN THE VELOCITY OF MAN HENCE THE RELATIVE VELOCITY IS VERTICAL AS RELATIVE VELCITY OF MAN W.R' MAN IS VELOCITY -VELOCITY OF LIGHT
IT IS QUITE LARGE COMPAIERD TO MAN

The velocity of man with respect to rain is more so he tilted the umbrella where as the man standing on the street has less velocity then rain so his umbrella is straight .where as the velocity of light is more than the men velocities so both men 's umbrella are vertcalve
