as we know angular momentam associated with a body is given by

                              L(angular momentam) =Iw

   if w is changing with time it means there is a torque which is responsble for this change..

    L=Iw

  dL/dt =d(Iw)/dt  (rate of change of angularmomentam)

     dL/dt=Idw/dt

    dw/dt =@ (angular accleration)

    dL/dt=T(torque) = I@    .................
