Dear siddarth,

light speed is the fastest speed known to man and light doesnt have mass(it is very less if at all it has mass.it is a form of energy).We call it light energy not light body(like we cal heavy body). In newton laws there is no time dailation, but if we consider the relative motion of light time is the other dimensional parameter we consider.Read theory of relattivity you can understand.
