what are my chances to upgrade to 4 yr cse from 5 yr dd in iit kharagpur?

The chances are very less. Please do not depend on the branch upgrade. You need to get a CG of more than 9.8-9.9 to upgrade your branch to CSE. It means, you need to be in top 5 students of your year.

Hi Asket,
Well it depends on number of seats available in that department when you are in end of 3rd year and your CG. If you are a 9 pointer they will take your application more seriously.
