Grade 12Marks and Rank in IIT JEE

sir if i succeed to score a great rank in jee advance 2014 i.e below 500 but my 12% would be around 64% then would i be able to get an iit college? if not then are there would be any other reputed institutions opened for me like nit, iiit..............sir i belong to st category and board is cbse

You will get iit college only if you lie in 20 percentile of your board, but you can surely get good nit if you get under 500, rank.
