Sir i secured 77.5% marks in 12^th class from up board and i took examination of jee main in 2014 and i got 62 marks so i want to ask to you that can i get any private or government college or any nit?

I am getting 1946 rank in jee mains and 3132 rank in jee advanced. I am trying to not go to Aerospace or EP because the chance of placement after B.Tech is less and would require higher studies. Also don't want KGP(personal choice for some reasons). So which college should I choose?
