Grade 12Marks and Rank in IIT JEE

Sir, I got 31 marks in physics, 43 marks in chemistry, 63 marks in mathematics in jee advanced 2014.
with these subjest wise marks can I qualify to attend the counselling?

Hi
With 137 marks you can expect to get expect to get a rank near 13000.
With that i don't think you can get to counseling with general category.
