Dear Arpita ,
The number of hours you study doesn’t really matter now.
It’s the amount of topics you understand in those hours which is more Important.
So Study Very carefully in how much ever time you study.
But , in the matter of saying , I Would Suggest 5-6 hours of PERFECT Self-study would work.
Remember, Don;t Stress out too much.
Take Short breaks in Between.
Eat small amounts of Food (But don’t eat less, Eat small portions more number of times) as this helps you to being Energetic.
Try to Reach small-small Milestones first.
Reward yourself on reaching major Milestones(like if you have completed a chapter very thoroughly).
And Sleep Well for Atleast 7-8 Hours as Fresh and Healthy Mind is needed while studying.
