Marks and Rank in IIT JEE

Sir, but as per IIT-2013 cut off rank person getting 83 marks got rank around 1450(SC),whether thare shall be any difference in ranking this year? what baranches can I Expect? can I get Electronics Com or Electrical/Ind Engg.or Chemical with this rank.Pl.gude me.

Hi

There shouldnt be any difference but if the paper was easier this year there may be a slight difference in the rank.

But if the same trend follows and you get this rank.

You can expect to get branches like

Biotech in Kharagpur.

Chemistry in Kanpur.
