Out of 2 lakh students selected for jee advanced, how many get government colleges?

All thes tudents who get cleared the Jee Advanced and get comes under the ranking of 15,000 (maybe) get the IITs and NITs easily.
However the some seats remains vacant as the lower rankers donot like to opt IIT or NIT but they select other deemed Universities which also has very greater importance as compare to some of te NITs.
