If your relative got 19000 rank in JEE MAINS 2017 Exam. Then he/she may get a seat in NIT’s / IIIT’s / CFIT’s . If wants to get a seat in IIT’s  then they have to write JEE ADVANCED 2017.
If you want the exact details give thier HOME STATE and which college they want to get a seat.
