My jee rank is 7531 and I am getting iit guwahati biotech should I take it or try for jee for one more time

If you are interested in any other field except biotech you can drop this year. Otherwise if you do not have interest in any particular branch, then do not leave the seat. IIT guwahati has good placement records from last years and Hence you should not leave the seat without any strong reason

Dropping a year for JEE preparation is not a good idea. Instead you can go for regular B.Sc. degree from any university/college and after that go fo M.Sc.

For M.Sc. admission, you can opt from various exams. But IIT JAM exam would be the best to get admitted in IITs.
