Grade 12th passMarks and Rank in IIT JEE

Last year I got 79 marks in jee mains, this year, i got 147 marks (owing to my illness, otherwise i would have scored more) and likely 150 marks in jee advanced (as per resonance answer key). My board percentage is 91%. It seems i can’t qualify anywhere. What should i do ?

If you are lucky enough you may get a seat in NIT by 3^rd or spot round or you may apply for some centrally funded institutions
