70000 must be your category rank.
based on your score it seems difficult for you to get rank under 1.5 lakh.

ur rank will ba around 1.5 lakh , no chance for any nit , u ccan try for any govt college in ur state if any
else u can try for private colleges , like jaypee noida, upes dehradun , cjitkara university , itm
these are some good colleges
