Yup you can give the jee advance because you are in the obc category and you have cleared the cut off for obc students

Yes, you can still take the JEE advanced as you have already cleared the cut-off. However, you can also consider taking admission in various universities.
 
It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training. I can enlist some universities for your help -
