for JEE mains solve all the modules given to you by your coaching centre.It would be wrong to assume that only NCERT topics will come in the exam.A lot of questions in the maths section are from the IIT JEE(advanced) syllabus.For chemistry,be thorough with all the concepts given in the NCERT.Inorganic chemistry will definitely come from the NCERT book.
