we cannot predict that as the difficulty of the paper is the main thing for predicting ranks . 
fiitjee generally have difficult level aiats , 
keep up your hard work , and try to get good ranks in the next test ,

if you are getting 3000 rank in FIITJEE AITS then , you have chance of getting into jee , keep on improving , it is all about how much you have improved, always remember , if you work for jee by your heart , you will be paid off, so keep on working ,, good luck...
