Hi Akshi,
The first question is what branch are you interested in? If you are interested in Mechanical you should go for Thapar as it is also one of the topmost colleges in India. If the choice would have been between BITS pilani and Thapar I would have said BITS pilani but since its GOA, It depends on your branch choice.
