I am getting around 130 marks in advance this year. I know that won`t get me any rank, as it has been preannounced that those students getting an aggregate of 31.5% will be added to rank list ( i belong to obc). But i was just wondering, since the paper this year was tough, what will iit do if not enough candidates qualify under the given percentage of marks. How can they just know that beforehand about the performance of kids?

You would be in the list, but it can be around 17000-19000.
In the seperate list of OBC NCL...you would be around 3000-3500.
Hope for the best...
