It depend on what branch you want. But u can get some of branch in some of nit.Hope it clears. If u have doubts then please clearify. And if u like my answer then please approve answer

no , not any chance , for general , with 107 , you will get only govt state college , and also you can try at thapar university etc .. 
no chance in nit , 
this year cutoff will around 98 , so, for general you need at least 160+ to get low branches in nit .
