you can get only in your homestate so fill all branches there maybe you will get something
you can try for NIT’s in
NOrth -east as well

If you do not get the desired institute or the university the you can select private university. 
 
But the most important thing is that it’s better to choose good institute or university which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, good placements like
 
  • Lovely Professional University,
  •  
  • Symbiosis Institute of business management,
  •  
  • Christ university and few others.
