siri am getting a total of 211 in jee 2010 .what do u think i can get BRANCH RELATED TO COMPUTERS FIELD.sir, kindly tell mee about to change branch after going into iit.is it good to depend upon it??kindly reply all queries sir

Dear Student,

 

With a score of 211, you are expected to qualify JEE, but not sure of getting a good branch...  You can get a branch in some of the new IIts, which is not so much suggested....

 

And as far as Department change is concerned.. it is not so easy to do a department change once you are into IIT, you need to score nearly a 10 or a 9+ point score out of 10 which is very tough .. It is not a reliable thing to think of... 

 

I believe if you are sure you want to do computer science, then you must look for some other colleges may be NITs and also look for reappearing next year.

 

Keep up your spirits and try your level best..
