i am expecting a score of 230-238 in iit jee-2010 .

what rank should i expect .

and with this rank can i get m.tech(5yrs) , in iits in the branch of electrical , mechanical , aerospace , chemical or biotechnology .

You can expect your rank in 2500-3000

If your score increses rank changes a lot .... 5-6 marks can increse the rank by 100.
this year individual cuttoff of paper may change but overall difficulty level of all the three paper is almost same as in IIT JEE 2009.
