The cutoff scores given above are incorrect, the official JEE 2009 data can be accessed here. http://jee.iitm.ac.in/2009openclose.php
the lastest 2011 data is http://jee.iitm.ac.in/2011openclose.php
And as IT-BHU has become an IIT, the cutoffs are expected to shoot up, by around 300-500 ranks in each subject. Just the speculation of becoming an IIT got its cutoffs up by around 200 ranks this year.
