Hi Abhishek, 

 

IIT has 17.5% as cut off marks for PH category. In case you are opting for OBC only then it ws 31,5% (see http://www.askiitians.com/iit-jee/jee-advanced/2013/cut-off/). For ht eborad exam cut off, for CG it was around 60%.
