i got a rank of 12514 in general category in iit 2012.. what are my chances of getting in iiser ?

im confused.. see i got 89 % marks in my 12th boards which was affliated to maharashtra board... but i had opted for a vocational subject and didnt have to study bio .. so my ques is if ill get in iiser with that rank or should i start preparing for the aptitude test..
