The time given for IIT JEE paper 2 is 3 hours. All the really interested students might have spent around 30 minutes for these three wrong questions. Once they understand there is something wrong they will not answer with the fear of negative mark. Only those who are not genuine will try to answer. Hence the 10 marks should be added as ADD SCORE for the Q 23 & Q60 as well as Q6 . This only will give due recognition to the students.
