The cutoff for IIT-JEE this year is expected to be around 160 -180 .

you must had to obtain tleast 170 marks for iit

with this much marks its not possible in any iit.
check data of earlier jee section on any jee site for cutoffs of previous year.

you may get a rank of 20000+ i guess, better go for an NIT by considering the same marks.. NIT-Calicut (Kerala) is nice
